An ideal size chef's pan.

I received my ManPans less than a week ago and have used this Saute pan three times. The very first time I used it I was pleased to find out that the non stick finish was better than any I had used before. I have owned some very expensive pans. Absolutely solid construction, completely even heat and the lid vent metered the water vapor perfectly. Only stuff inside the pan was my chicken and a tiny bit of oil, no water build up. Clean up was a breeze. I was surprised at the low burner temp it took to get the job done each time I used it. A real energy saver. Out go the fancy stainless steel and big name pans from my past.
