Beauty Marks
We want you to be aware that the Steamer Insert has four small marks on the top rim. When we apply the anodized surface it must be held in place, leaving what we fondly call “beauty marks”. Anodizing creates a molecular bonded surface that is almost as hard as diamonds, harder than stainless steel. It is created by dipping the pans into a series of liquid baths, thus our beauty marks left from holding onto the pan. There is no adverse affect on the performance of the pan, just cosmetic looks.
