The 10" size has a perfect volume for home kitchens. The Stir Fry Wok has a volume of 3 quarts and the flat center bottom transfers heat very efficiently. The Steamer Insert adds an interesting option for cooking vegetables, meats and seafood. The glass lid fits both the wok and the steamer.

I can steam vegetables, stir fry meat and veggies without any messy clean-up. I love the fact that the pan is light and cleans up with a breeze. I will definitely buy more from manpans.
